Office Admin Module
The control centre of the entire process. A communication hub and data cloud for the service provider’s office.
This module allows the service provider’s admin office to manage, edit, and approve an assessment done by a service provider using the assessment module.
A full audit trail is kept of all adjustments carried out by any admin personnel.

It is a structured workflow for an assessor to follow for a completely standardized claims report outcome. Designed to higher industry assessing standards we have digitized the process to enable a complete digital trail of all claims activity.
The assessment module can help speed up the turnover on all claims by sending a complete incident report and costed quote directly from the assessor’s mobile device to their office while the assessor is still on site. We use a built-in, pre-costed price list specific to each individual insurer’s rates for complete accuracy on each quote generated.
All assessments are stored within the office admin module, and backed up to the CoEnsure cloud and encrypted.
